SHOW POLICIES (INCLUDING COVID SAFETY)

We are so excited to see you all in person at Holiday Heap! In order to make the show a joyful and safe experience for all, we are instituting the following policies for this show:

BACKPACKS

Please leave backpacks and other large bags at home! This is for everyone’s safety, and because Holiday Heap can be elbow-to-elbow even without large bags in tow. Our team reserves the right to search any backpacks or large bags.

DOGS

We love our canine friends, but please leave them at home! No dogs allowed at Holiday Heap.

COVID SAFETY

Masks preferred (but not required), and we are not requiring vaccination to attend the show this year.

Why are we encouraging masking? Holiday Heap can be bustling with people elbow-to-elbow, and we think it’s the responsible thing to do to encourage our community to mask up in such a snug indoor environment. But beyond that, we’re thinking about our vendors, many of whom make the lion’s share of their annual income in just a few weeks around the holidays. Most of our vendors are one- or two-person businesses, and being sick and unable to work during the busy season can be devastating — it can mean the difference between being able to pay the bills next year or not. So please consider masking up! And if you’re feeling under the weather, please shop our amazing vendors online, or join us in person and wear an N95 the whole time you’re at the show.
